It is our policy that fees are paid at the time the service is rendered.  If this is not possible, please speak with our office staff.  If you have dental insurance please call our office with your information prior to your appointment, so we may assist in verifying your estimated portion.  Most insurances pay between 50% to 80% of the usual and customary allowance for your policy of the fee for root canal treatment.  Your actual coverage depends on the amount of insurance you have left for the year, and if you deductible has been met.  Your estimated portion not covered by your insurance is due at the time of your appointment.  We do not accept assignment for consultations, but are happy to submit the claim for you.  Should an overpayment occur, after we receive your insuranc epayment, we will promptly refund the difference to you.  We accept Mastercad, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit for your convenience.  We do offer a monthly payment plan thru Care Credit.
