It is our policy that fees are paid at the time the service is rendered.  If this is not possible, please speak with our office staff. We do not offer payment plans through the office although we do accept CareCredit which can provide 6 or 12 month interest deferred payment options.

If you have dental insurance please call our office with your information prior to your appointment, so we may assist in verifying your estimated portion.  Most insurances pay between 50% to 80% of the usual and customary allowance for your policy of the fee for root canal treatment. Your actual coverage depends on the amount of insurance you have left for the year, any outstanding claims, and if you deductible has been met. Your estimated portion not covered by your insurance is due at the time of your appointment. We provide an estimate as a courtesy to our patients but payments can and do vary, and any remaining balance after insurance payment is due by the patient. Should an overpayment occur, after we receive your insurance payment, we will promptly refund the difference to you.  We accept Mastercad, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit for your convenience.  

We participate with Northeast Delta Dental (and most other Delta plans) as well as Cigna Dental.  We have dentists in both the Premier and PPO networks with Delta Dental.
